Order Tracking
Once your pair leaves our workshop, you will receive shipment details and tracking information. Should you require any assistance regarding your shipment, our team will be happy to help.
Delays
While we strive to honour all stated timelines, craftsmanship occasionally demands additional time. Factors such as extensive hand-finishing, custom requirements, material sourcing, or unforeseen logistical disruptions may affect delivery schedules. Should a delay occur, we will proactively communicate the revised timeline.
We believe transparency is as important as craftsmanship.
Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping information at the time of order placement. Sakhir cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details.
Workshop Collection
Customers who have commissioned bespoke or custom footwear may choose to collect their order directly from our Agra workshop by prior appointment.
This option must be arranged with our team in advance.

A Sakhir pair is not picked from a shelf. It is created specifically for its future owner. The time between placing an order and receiving it is not waiting. It is craftsmanship in progress.

Every Sakhir pair is made-to-order.
We do not manufacture in bulk, maintain excess inventory, or operate on seasonal production cycles. Your shoes begin their journey only after your order has been confirmed, allowing our craftsmen to devote the attention and precision that true shoemaking demands.
As a result, delivery timelines differ from conventional retail purchases.
Production Timeline
All standard Sakhir pairs are handcrafted upon order confirmation. Production Time: 15–20 working days

Certain limited editions, customizations, or bespoke commissions may require additional production time. Any such timelines will be communicated prior to confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently offer shipping across India. Shipping Charges: Complimentary on all prepaid orders. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email. Typical delivery time after dispatch:
