By accessing our website, placing an order, commissioning a custom design, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern the use of the Sakhir website, products, and services.

Our Products

Sakhir produces handcrafted, made-to-order footwear and accessories.

Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations may occur between product photographs and the final delivered product. Such variations are not defects but characteristics of handcrafted production and natural materials.

Natural leather may exhibit:

  • Grain variations

  • Tonal differences

  • Natural markings

  • Subtle scars

  • Patina development over time

These characteristics are considered marks of authenticity and are not grounds for return or replacement.

Made-to-Order Production

The majority of Sakhir products are manufactured specifically upon receipt of an order. Production generally requires 15-20 working days unless otherwise communicated. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Sakhir reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.The price applicable shall be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Product Photography

We make every effort to accurately represent colours, textures, and finishes.

However:

  • Screen settings

  • Device displays

  • Ambient lighting

may affect how products appear. Minor variations between photographs and actual products shall not be considered defects.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom and bespoke commissions involve personalized production.

Such orders may include:

  • Design modifications

  • Material selection

  • Colour customization

  • Last customization

  • Personalized fitting requirements

Due to their personalized nature, bespoke and custom orders are final and may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Sakhir website, including:

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Product imagery

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Branding

remains the exclusive property of Sakhir. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Workshop Visits

Workshop visits are available strictly by prior appointment. Sakhir reserves the right to approve, reschedule, or decline visit requests at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Sakhir shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Delays caused by logistics partners

  • Events beyond reasonable control

Our liability shall in no circumstance exceed the purchase value of the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
